Is a product in stock an how long is the delivery time?

  More than 90% of offered products on our site are available from stock.
In the course of order confirmation you will get informed about the delivery status. But for all that, if it occurs that we can't deliver a product from stock, you can count on delivery within 5 working days.

  That is unfortunately due to logistical causes not possible.

How long takes an answer to email-requests?
